**For anyone interested in joining highschool cheer during basketball season please pick up the necessary paperwork from Coach Colgan today or tomorrow in Mrs. Langsten's 2nd grade classroom. In order to meet the required 14 practices and have all practices completed before cheering for the first game practices will begin on Monday October 30th. All paperwork and any financial responsibilities will be due on the first day of practice.

**The first day of gaming club is today. Please see Mr. Foulk if you’re interested. The club is held every Tuesday and Friday until 6pm unless stated otherwise.

**Project Prom is having a Duct Tape the Principal fundraiser.  The donation buckets are in the High School or Elementary office.  A $1.00 donation will equal one strip of duct tape to be used to tape Mr. Schubert to the gym wall during the pep assembly on Friday, February 10.

**JH track will meet during advisory on Friday in Mr. Sherman’s room.

Make sure to drop in those pennies and bills for the teacher you would like to see decorated as a Christmas tree on that last morning before break.

Proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald House.  During FCCLA week, there will be a donation competition between advisory classes.  Each class has a list of items requested.  The advisory class with the most items wins an ice cream party.

**Clinton Technical School will be hosting an Open House from 1pm-8pm on Thursday, February 27.  This would be a great opportunity for parents of sophomores planning on coming to CTS next year to tour the building and speak with staff.

**TOMORROW IS TASTING DAY DURING BOTH LUNCHES.  If you want to participate, bring a $1.  You will get a plate, go around and taste the foods.  At the end you will vote on your favorite and the winning table will get the $$  -- all in good fun and for a good cause.  GO CHIEFS!  

**Tomorrow for Chiefs Spirit Day:  The Ultimate Fan will be chosen to win a Chiefs shirt.  Please remember we do have a dress code but you can paint your face.

**The Junior Class is having a Holiday Color Hustle 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Walk this Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. here at the school.  This run/walk event will be to raise money for Prom.  Come out to support the Junior class and enjoy a run or walk!  You can still sign up!!

**Weight room will be open after school today and tomorrow. Starting next week it will be open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after school. 

**School WILL be in session on Monday!
